The Global Career Services Summit brings together senior career services leaders from universities across the world to work through the strategic questions that matter most to the profession.

It exists because the people working at this level are operating across different systems and labour markets — and there is no better way to sharpen that thinking than in a room with peers doing the same work, in different contexts, at the same scale.

The Summit is a by-invitation event for heads and directors of university career services. Delegates are selected to bring together leaders working at a comparable level across different national systems, creating the conditions for genuinely peer-level exchange.

The American College of Greece — one of the oldest and most established English-language higher education institutions in Europe — provides the setting for the 2027 Summit. Athens brings together a rich intellectual tradition and a thriving modern higher education sector, offering a distinctive backdrop for conversations about the future of career services.
