EY Global Career Services Summit Awards

“EY is proud to support the Global Career Services Summit”

The 2024 EY Global Career Services Summit Awards (GlobEYs) honour and recognise outstanding achievements in the career services profession. The award winners will be announced during the Global Career Services Summit in March and will be presented with £250 or local currency equivalent sum.

We invite all individuals who will be participating in the 2024 Summit to submit a proposal by January 28th.

The GlobEYs, sponsored by EY, are judged on the following criteria: originality, impact, creativity, measurable outcomes, and ability to be replicated at other careers offices. A maximum of a 300 word description of the program can be submitted for the following categories:


The Bob Athwal and Tom Devlin Founders Award for Innovation

This award recognises an outstanding program for innovation designed and implemented by a career services office.


Best Student Program

This award acknowledges the best practice designed to best serve students.


Best Faculty Program

This award acknowledges the best practice designed to promote career development among academic departments and/or individual faculty members.


Best University Employer Partnership

This award acknowledges the best practice that engages both career services and employers to enhance the career experience for students.


Best Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Program

This award acknowledges the best practice that advances the career experience for students from diverse communities.


The Kathy Sims Mentoring Award

This award acknowledges a member of the Global Career Services community who shares their knowledge and expertise to advise, support, or guide another colleague’s professional development.
