The European Career Services Summit brings together career services leaders from across Europe to share practice, explore shared challenges, and strengthen collaboration across institutions. It exists because this work thrives on shared context and mutual understanding. It is a peer-led forum designed for open exchange, collective learning, and a professional community. It complements the Global Career Services Summit by focusing on what is directly transferable within a shared European context.

To support a diverse and inclusive exchange, we aim to balance participation across countries and institutions, avoiding overrepresentation where possible. This helps ensure a broad range of perspectives, encourages cross-cultural dialogue, and creates space for different voices within the European career services community.
