Through structured workshops, presentations and small group interactions you will have an opportunity to network and learn from colleagues and innovators from around the world and increase your skill set on a number of the most critical issues facing global career leaders that is sure to advance your efforts in your organisation’s work. We are excited that the 2026 Summit will be held at the University of Cape Town. 

As you should be aware, the Global Careers Summit is run on a non-profit basis with the registration fees going directly to pay for summit costs.

Registration fee:

• £1995 GBP Early Bird offer until 31st August 2025
• £2195 GBP from 1st September 2025

Please note: For UK organisations, the GCS Summit is required to charge VAT at a rate of 20%. Your organisation can reclaim this VAT. Further information can be found here. For universities that are based outside of the UK and don’t have a presence in the UK, we will not be collecting VAT. If you have questions about reclaiming VAT, please contact your business and finance offices.

Your registration includes:

• Global Career Services Summit Conference fees
• Opening Reception on Sunday evening (including canapés)
• 4 nights accommodation – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights – checking out on Thursday March 19.
• Breakfast (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
• 3 full days of Summit programming including lunch and beverages (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday)
• Dinner Monday and Tuesday evening.
• Closing Reception on Wednesday (including canapés)

To ensure an intimate setting that enables a deep dive into discussions pertaining to career education from a leadership standpoint, Global Career Service Summits are capped at 120 participants.

To bring in as many perspectives as possible, the Summit will initially only offer one delegate per campus. As we get closer to the event, we may open registration for multiple delegates per campus depending on space and geographic balance.
